You guys scrimmed?

Ok, so Solved was complaining on the NoS forums that Trippy and some other TF members were scrimming under the (FEED) tag. He also said that someone complained that there was no !lock cmd on the TF server (it's public for god sake), so a certain someone came to BB and told the server that they were gonna scrim there.

Any explanations?
